"I called to pay my wife's auto ins. expecting to pay it through AI prompts on my iPhone, but a real person picked up with having the most friendliest voice saying her name was Page, and it was as if I could hear her smiling while talking and asking me questions about my policy. In today's world everyone is rush rush rush, but Page was so friendly and patient with me while I looked for my policy number. It was such a pleasure speaking with her, and it made me feel good knowing they're still people out there that care and value my wife & I as being customers and not just someone on the line wanting to take my money.
